CAN I CONNECT A GARDEN HOSE TO THE BISON HAND PUMP?

Yes. All Bison Hand Pumps, with the exception of the utility pump, have a 1″ female IPS thread with a stainless steel hose adapter in the outlet of the pump. All of our Bison Hand Pumps are shipped with the hose adapter fittings already installed in the outlet of the spout.

CAN I INSTALL THE PUMP MYSELF?

If you have some mechanical ability, you can install the pump yourself. However, we do recommend the assistance from another person to help assemble the pieces and lower them into the well. See our videos for installation instructions.
