Ready to Order?
If you're close to ordering you hand water pump, we will need to get some information from you. The most common questions we ask our customers are:
- What is the inside and outside dimension of your existing well casing?
- What is the static water level of your well? The static water level is equal to the vertical distance from the top of the ground to the top of the water in the well.
- How tall is the exposed well casing?
- Do you currently have an electric pump in the well? If so, is it a jet pump or a submersible?
- Is there anything that exits the top of the casing? i.e. pipes, wiring
- Is freezing an issue in your area?
